Business License:

***If you are doing business within Harrodsburg city limits, you will need to have a business license with the City of Harrodsburg***

- Fill out Business License Application Form and return to Kim McGrath, License Fee Administrator

** Business license is $100, unless it is for a special event, then it is $25**

ABC License:

Alcoholic beverage sales are regulated on several levels including federal, state, and local.
The local administrator for the City of Harrodsburg is the ABC Administrator/License Fee Administrator.
The local ABC Administrator approves all local applications for licenses.

Checklist:

- Advertisement clipping must be attached

- Business License application completed & paid

- Server training has to be completed before opening business & kept on file

- Background check(s) must be attached

- Payment for ABC license(s) must be attached

- Local forms must be completed and attached:

• Building Inspector form
• Fire Department form (capacity)
• Health Department form (kitchens, sinks or public restrooms)
• Planning & Zoning form

***The Occupational License Fee Administrator is responsible for managing and collecting occupational and unloading license fees. Any person, partnership, corporation, or other legal entity is required to register with the City of Harrodsburg before conducting business within the city limits.***
